Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the connect-hubs.com website and the purchase of products from ConnectHub Electronics Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

ConnectHub Electronics Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Ireland under the Companies Act 2014, registered with the Companies Registration Office under number 814488. Our registered office is at The Black Church, St. Mary's Place, Dublin 7, D07 P4AX, Ireland.

2. Products

We sell certified refurbished smartphones. Each device is graded according to its cosmetic and functional condition (Grade A+, Grade A, Grade B+, Grade B). All devices undergo a 72-point inspection prior to dispatch and are sold with a minimum 12-month warranty.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product subject to these Terms. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. Title to the goods passes upon full payment and delivery.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the European Union via tracked, insured shipping. Standard delivery times range from 2-7 working days depending on destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Information for details.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

7. Warranty

All devices come with a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the EU Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive. See our Warranty Policy for full terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Subject to this, our total liability arising under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on connect-hubs.com - including text, graphics, logos, and images - is the property of ConnectHub Electronics Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU consumers retain their statutory rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
