Shipping Information

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 27 European Union member states, plus Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (subject to import duties).

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from our Dublin operations:

• Ireland: 1-3 working days
• UK: 2-4 working days
• Western Europe (FR, DE, NL, BE, ES, IT): 3-5 working days
• Northern Europe (DK, SE, FI, NO): 4-6 working days
• Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, HU, RO, BG): 5-7 working days
• Southern Europe (PT, GR, MT, CY): 5-7 working days

Orders placed before 14:00 IST (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the EU. Express delivery options may be available for an additional fee at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with leading carriers to ensure secure, tracked delivery:

• An Post / DPD Ireland (Ireland)
• DHL Express (EU-wide)
• UPS (EU-wide)
• FedEx (international)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.

6. Packaging

Every device is shipped in protective, recyclable packaging including:

• Anti-static protective sleeve
• Cushioned outer box
• Original or premium replacement charging cable
• Quick-start guide
• SIM ejector tool (where applicable)

7. Customs & Duties

For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply. For UK and non-EU destinations, import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Failed Delivery / Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. All our shipments are fully insured, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
