What does "refurbished" mean?
A refurbished device has been previously owned, returned to a certified facility, professionally inspected, repaired if needed, cleaned, and tested to ensure full functionality. Each device passes our 72-point quality inspection before sale.
What grading system do you use?
We grade devices into four categories: Grade A+ (Like New - virtually no signs of use), Grade A (Excellent - minor signs of use), Grade B+ (Very Good - light wear), and Grade B (Good - visible wear but fully functional).
Are accessories included?
All devices come with a charging cable and quick-start guide. Original boxes and headphones are typically not included unless specifically stated.
What is the battery health?
All refurbished iPhones and Samsung devices have a guaranteed minimum battery health of 85%. Batteries falling below this threshold are replaced before sale.
